How does the trial work?
Every account gets 45 days of full ReefCMD access, no card required. We send you a heads-up at the 1-week and 1-day marks. After 45 days, logging new readings and AI features pause until you subscribe — your existing readings, photos, and animals stay safe and viewable, and you can download your data as CSV at any time.

How do I cancel?
Web subscribers: open Billing and click “Manage subscription” to open the Stripe portal. iOS app subscribers: cancel through iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Either way, you keep access until the current billing period ends, and your data is never deleted on cancellation.

How do I connect my Apex (or other controller)?
Open the Integrations tab. The setup walks you through installing the small ReefCMD Bridge daemon on any Docker host on your home network (NAS, Pi, Mac mini), pairing it to your account with a 6-digit code, and adding your controller. No port forwarding, no static IPs, no exposing the controller to the internet.

I want to delete my account.
You can self-serve from Settings → Account, or email info@reefcmd.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days. All your readings, photos, and tank data are deleted at the same time.
