🚨 IN YOUR TANK
You have 4 susceptible animal(s): 🪸 Hammer Coral, 🪸 Torch Coral, 🪸 Duncan Coral, 🪸 Acropora SPS.
One of the most common and persistent reef pests. Small brown or translucent anemones that sting and kill corals, spread rapidly by cloning, and are nearly impossible to remove by hand — any fragment left behind grows a new colony.
🔍 IDENTIFICATION
Translucent brown stalks 0.5–3" tall with long tapering tentacles. Retracts instantly when disturbed. Often found in rockwork crevices. Multiplies surprisingly fast.
🛡 PREVENTION
✓Dip all coral frags in a coral dip (CoralRx, Revive) before adding to tank
✓Inspect live rock carefully before purchase
✓Quarantine frags for 2 weeks before adding to display
